•Payment on receipt of invoice prior to goods despatch
•Additional delivery instructions to be added to “Comments” area on contact form submission.
•If you are not satisfied with a product you bought at Factory Automation, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days of receipt or within 90 days for refund via store credit. You must first advise us by submitting a contact query on the website. Factory Automation will provide you with Returns Instructions.
No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a Returns Instructions.
The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your Returns number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.
•Returns are not accepted on Special Order and Clearance Items except when they are found defective, in which case the product may be repaired or replaced at Factory Automation’s discretion.
•Re-stocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same product that was ordered specifically for you with the manufacturer.
•Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
